Recurring Events

Learn how to create and manage recurring events

Overview

Recurring Events in Thirst make it easier to organise regular sessions, meetings, or workshops by allowing you to set events that repeat on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. This guide will walk you through the process of creating, managing, and editing recurring events to streamline your event scheduling.

Create and edit a Recurring Event

Create Event

When creating an event, check “This event repeats” and choose how often the event should repeat: daily, weekly, or monthly.

If “Week” is selected, choose the specific day(s) of the week the event should repeat. By selecting all weekdays, you can also create an event that repeats every day.

Decide how many occurrences the event should have, or set it to repeat indefinitely.

Edit Event

To edit an event, select the 3 dots in the top right of your event, then select Edit Event.

You can choose whether to update the details for this event only, or for all events in the series.

Automatic Event Creation

When you create a recurring event, Thirst automatically generates a few events to start off your series.

New events will then be created in the series when each one finishes, until it reaches its maximum number of occurrences.

Getting the Most Out of Recurring Events

Recurring Events in Thirst are a powerful tool for managing regular activities, ensuring you never miss a beat.

By setting up events to repeat on your preferred schedule, you can focus more on content and less on logistics.
