# Overview of Thirst Analytics

Thirst Analytics provides detailed insights into user engagement, content performance, and learning outcomes, enabling administrators to make data-driven decisions. This guide will help you understand the analytics dashboard, navigate key features, and leverage data to optimise learning experiences.

### Accessing Analytics

To access Thirst Analytics:

1. Navigate to the **Analytics** tab from the main menu.
2. Select the desired category to view relevant data.
3. Use filters to refine results based on user groups, time frames, or content types.

**Important Note for Firefox Users**

If you're using Firefox, you may need to set **Enhanced Tracking Protection to Standard Mode (not Strict Mode)** to ensure all analytics data loads correctly.

### Analytics Access by Organisation Tier

Access to analytics is determined by your organisation’s subscription tier:

- **Core Tier**: Limited to 1 admin user.
- **Growth Tier**: Allows up to 3 admin/manager users.
- **Premium Tier**: Provides access to all admin/manager users.

Ensure that the appropriate users have the necessary permissions to access and utilise analytics effectively.
