What is Organisation Overview?

The Organisation Overview analytics provides a high-level view of engagement within your learning platform. It allows you to track system health by comparing key engagement metrics across different periods, helping you assess trends and growth over time.

With flexible period selection (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annually), you can gain insights into user activity, interactions, and overall engagement levels.

Key Metrics

The Organisation Overview analytics provide insights into four key areas:

  • Total Users Seen – The number of users accessing the platform within a set period, compared to the previous period.
  • Total User Interactions – Tracks engagement types such as bookmarks, comments, completions, likes, searches, shares, and views.
  • Active Users Chart – A visual representation of active users over time.
  • Active Users vs. Registered Users – Compares active users against total registered users to assess platform engagement.
