      "MissingKeyMissing Key-Pair-Id query parameter or cookie value" error when loading a SCORM File

      This is a browser tracking restriction, due to the SCORM platform we use

      Safari

      In Safari you will need to remove the "Prevent cross-site tracking" option, which is available within the Safari settings. Open Safari Settings, select Privacy, and unselect "Prevent cross-site tracking". 

      Reload the page, and try opening the SCORM file again.
