# Manage a Completed Event

## Learn how to take attendance for an event, and send out a post-event roundup to attendees.

### Overview

After an event is taken place, you can manage attendance for it and follow up with users who attended. 

#### Manage Attendance

After your event, select `Manage Attendance` to select which users attended. 

Use the search box to add users to the event who were not initially invited, or who did not RSVP.

You can also select `Download CSV`, to get a list of users and their attendance status to use outside of Thirst.

#### Post Event Roundup

Once the event has finished, the **Post-event description** will automatically become visible to all.

 Users who RSVPd as attending will automatically receive an email with the post-event description when the event finishes.
