Stay focused with a personalised dashboard view of your next assigned Learning Journey.
Overview
The Learning Journey row is a dashboard feature that helps you keep track of your assigned learning journeys by showing you exactly what’s next, how much progress you've made, and everything still to complete. It highlights your most urgent Learning Journey and gives you a clear path through the content.
This guide walks you through how the Learning Journey row works, how to navigate it, and how to get the most out of this feature.
What is the Learning Journey Row?
The Learning Journey row appears on your dashboard when you have one or more Learning Journeys assigned to you.
It highlights the next due Learning Journey (the one with the nearest completion deadline) and gives you an interactive view of your progress, your next activity, and everything that’s still to come.
The block stays visible for 6 hours after a journey is completed, so you can see that you’ve finished everything before it moves on to the next due Learning Journey.
Note: The Learning Journey row must first be added to the space by an admin user. If you don’t have any assigned Learning Journeys, this row will not be visible to you on the dashboard.
Row Layout
The Learning Journey row highlights your next activity, shows your overall progress, and gives you easy access to everything in the journey.
You’ll see:
-
The next activity you need to complete.
-
A scrollable description with a progress bar.
-
A collapsible table of contents with clickable items.
-
A row of content cards — showing what's next to complete, with completed items faded and moved to the end.
Note: If the learning journey has been configured to require sections to be completed in order, then content cards will appear faded and unclickable until earlier content is completed. The same applies to activities listed in the table of contents.
Completion States
Once you’ve completed all activities in a Learning Journey, the row will clearly show it's finished. It will remain visible briefly before switching to the next journey (if you have one assigned).
